Processing Time

All orders are carefully processed and shipped within 1 - 2 business days. During high-demand periods such as holidays, drops or restocks, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.

Free shipping is available on orders over:

  • Netherlands: €55+
  • Belgium & Germany: €75+
  • European Union: €100+
  • Rest of the World: €200+

Free shipping eligibility is applied automatically at checkout once the threshold is met.


Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, please note that your shipment may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes, as these vary by country and local authorities.


Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier. We are not liable for delays, lost packages, or damage occurring during transit.

If any issues arise, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking information. We will of course assist where possible.

All orders are shipped with track & trace. You will receive your tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.
